Why Take A Waxing Training Course?

You can now book your spot on the Cambridgeshire Beauty Academy Waxing Training course at our new salon in Ellington.

Whilst it’s true that more people are looking to save money by doing their own waxing, there is no substitute for having it done by a professional. Waxing is still the most popular treatment in most salons and one that we get most requests about here in at the Academy.

What does the waxing course include?

This waxing training course will cover waxing of:-

Legs Bikini line

Underarms

Upper lip

Eyebrows

On this course will I be required to give and receive treatment?

Yes it’s very important that you recognise the physical aspects of this course. You won’t need any prior training, but in order to complete the course you’ll be asked to learn the physical techniques required in order to successfully create smooth skin.

What else will the Waxing Training course cover?

In order to be an accomplished waxing therapist you’ll need to be able to use both hot and warm wax.

The difference being that warm wax is spread over the area after which a paper strip is pressed over, then pulled off removing the hairs in that area from the root.

Hot wax is a much thicker wax made up of plastics too to allow it to set hard.

Also ..

You’ll become well versed in alternative depilatory products and treatments. You’ll be schooled properly in doing underarms, face and bikini areas. We’ll touch on the health, safety and hygiene, consultation techniques, contra-indications and aftercare.

ALL IN ONE DAY!

Amazing right?

The course will last one day for £190 after which you’ll receive a Guild Accredited Diploma along with 3 months membership with The Beauty Guild.

How much can I charge clients for waxing?

Earn up to £50 per hour working when it suits you!
