Overview
Dermaplaning offers deep exfoliation, removing dead skin cells from the upper layer of the skin using a surgical scalpel. This gentle ‘shaving’ can also remove fine vellus hair (fuzz) from the face, giving a renewed and glowing appearance. Performed on the face only — not used to shape or remove brow hair. Ideal for dry, mature, congested or very sensitive skin, and for clients unable to receive abrasive exfoliation such as microdermabrasion (e.g. rosacea, visible facial veins, or pregnancy). Recommended as a monthly course of treatments with minimal to no downtime.
